VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Grapes are softly pressed and fermented at a controlled tempera-
ture of 16Β°C. It remains on the βleesβ in steel tanks for at least 6
months with continuous βbatonnagesβ
MINIMUM ALCOHOL CONTENT
13,5% vol.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
12-14Β°C

It is an excellent starter wine or to have with seafood, grilled
