SENSORY QUALITIES
Crimson colour with violet hues. Bright and fruity bouquet of
plum and blackberry. Light yet full-bodied taste with bitter
almond finish.
VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
It is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 5-6 days at a controlled
temperature that is between 23Β°C and 27Β°C. It is then refined in
steel for 6 months
MINIMUM ALCOHOL CONTENT
13,5% vol.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
18Β°C
BEST WITH
It is good with both red and white meats and a plate of charcute-
rie. It is excellent with pasta, pizza and just to have a glass of
wine.
